VersaLifts Heel Lift Inserts

VersaLifts heel inserts are constructed of layered neoprene rubber and designed to give you a .5-inch lift in your heel. Great for exercises like pistol squats, overhead squats, and front squats, these inserts can help to increase your depth and mobility—two key components to good for and effective movement. 

These heel lifts come in three sizes—small, medium, and large—and are sold in pairs. They’re easily put in and removed, so you’ll have versatility during your workout.
